Why a feelings chart?
Feelings are hard to put into words, especially in the moment. A chart with pictures gives a quick way to show “I’m tired” or “I’m worried”, and body states like hungry or thirsty sit right next to them.
How to use it
- Name feelings when you see them: “You look happy!” and point to the picture.
- Share your own: “I feel tired” while you point.
- Keep it within reach during the day, not only when things are hard.
- Ask “How do you feel?” and give time to point or tap.
Make your own
In the editor you can swap feelings, add photos, or change the size of the chart. Turn the sentence strip on in the settings if you want to build “I feel …” sentences in Talk mode.
