How to request deletion
- Send an email to velassi.co@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my TalkTiles account”.
- Send it from the email address you use to sign in to TalkTiles, or tell us that address and how you sign in (for example, with Google or Amazon).
- We may ask you to confirm the request, so we know it really comes from the account owner.
- We will reply to let you know when your account has been deleted.
What gets deleted
We delete your online TalkTiles account and the personal data linked to it, except information we need to keep for the reasons described in section 6 (Data Retention) of our Privacy Policy, such as legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
Before you ask
- Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the Amazon Appstore first. See Support for the steps.
- Uninstalling is not deleting. Removing the app from your tablet does not delete an online account.
- No account? If you only used TalkTiles without signing in, there is no online account to delete.
